These Terms govern your use of Feedfly, a Shopify application operated by Kashyap LLC. By installing or using Feedfly, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Feedfly reads your Shopify product catalog and generates XML and CSV product feeds for Meta Catalogs and Google Merchant Center. It also provides AI-powered tools for generating ad copy and image suggestions.
Important: Feedfly is an optimization tool. It does not guarantee approval of your products or feeds by Google, Meta, or any other platform.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Feedfly to create misleading listings, violate platform policies, or resell the service without consent.
3. AI-Generated Content
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it to your feeds.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashyap LLC's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
