At Feedfly, operated by Kashyap LLC, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. By installing or using the Feedfly Shopify app or visiting feedfly.io, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Data from Your Shopify Store

When you install Feedfly, we request read access to your Shopify product catalog, including product titles, descriptions, images, prices, availability, vendor information, and product identifiers (SKU, barcode/GTIN). We store your store domain and a Shopify access token to maintain sync. We do not access customer orders, customer personal information, or payment data.

Data You Provide

When you customize product overrides, we store your custom titles, descriptions, ad copy, AI prompt preferences, and uploaded images. When you contact support, we store your name, email address, and message content.

AI Processing

When you request AI-generated copy or images, product information is sent to OpenAI's API. We do not share personally identifiable merchant or customer information with OpenAI beyond what is necessary to process the request. All AI-generated content is a suggestion — you control what is published.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and serve your Meta and Google Shopping product feed URLs
• To sync your Shopify catalog and keep feeds current
• To process AI copy and image generation requests
• To store your product overrides and preferences
• To respond to customer support requests
• To improve Feedfly's features and performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

• Shopify: Product data is accessed via Shopify's official API under the Partner Program.
• OpenAI: Product data is sent when you use AI generation features.
• Cloud storage: Uploaded and AI-generated media is stored in secure object storage.
• Legal requirement: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain shop data while your Feedfly account is active. After uninstall, email hello@feedfly.io to request deletion within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or export your data. Email hello@feedfly.io to exercise these rights.
